Let´s explore our test workplace...

We have been market experts in the field of control systems for more than thirty years. In order to be able to guarantee the quality and safety of the products, we have a professional testing workplace, where there is, for example, an anechoic chamber, an EMC test room, a PIR test track, a climate chamber and many others, which do not allow us to release a low-quality product on the market.

Come and see how we are testing this year's upcoming news:

POSEIDON® RECEIVERS FOR LUMINAIRES WITH ZHAGA CONNECTORS

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY OF INTERFERENCE AFTER WIRE

A test of an electrical device, during which we find out whether the device meets the limits set by the standards during its function and whether it does not negatively affect other devices in the distribution network.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY OF AIRBORNE INTERFERENCES

This process is similar to the measurement of disturbances propagated along a line, but with the difference that we focus on the electromagnetic field. If the device does not meet the limits set for the device type, it could cause interference, and in some cases it could even prevent radio communication between nearby devices.

ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE RESISTANCE TEST

ESD is a process that tests the resistance of a device to the sudden transfer of an electrical charge between two electrically charged objects. In practice, this phenomenon most often occurs between the device and the operator who handles it. In this test, an electric charge is repeatedly applied to the test finger, which simulates a human finger, and is applied to pre-selected locations of the device under test. The maximum test voltage can reach up to 16kV.

Surge RESISTANCE TEST

This is a simulation of the shutdown of a large rotating machine or an indirect lightning strike on a line. Shock pulses are applied to the device power supply and input/output terminals. In practice, in electrical installation, disturbing overvoltages commonly appear on power and data lines, which we try to resist as much as possible with our elements.

ELECTRICAL FAST TRANSIENT PHENOMENON

This is a test in which we expose the device under test to rapid electrical impulses, which in the real world are created by sparking at the contacts of electrical switches, relays, etc. We apply these impulses to the power supply and input or output terminals to ensure that this type of interference does not affect the function of our equipment or does not take it out of service.

SHORT-TERM POWER FAILURES

The test simulates voltage dips and short outages that normally occur in the distribution network. The test helps us ensure that our equipment will function properly during power drops and outages.

There are also other tests for the limit values of the power supply , a test at extreme temperatures , a test of heating the device , tests of mechanical resistance , etc.

Thanks to all carefully performed tests and the use of quality components, we are able to guarantee a 5-year warranty on our products, and a complete post-warranty service is a matter of course!
