Když se řekne energetická náročnost budovy, většina z nás si představí zateplení, nová okna nebo výměnu zdroje vytápění. Jsou to důležitá opatření, tím ale možnosti úspor nekončí. Jejich přínos lze dále zvýšit pomocí přesného měření, vyhodnocování a řízení podle skutečného provozu. Právě proto dnes rekonstrukce stále častěji zahrnují také energetický monitoring a automatizaci.
